Pricing for the 2018 Convention
$110 Delegate and Guest Registration (per person) * Each person receives a Pageant Ticket with their Registration
$15 per person for Educational Lunch sponsored by WV Dept. of Ag on 1/13/18 - One (1) person from each Fair or Festival will receive a complimentary ticket
$25 Additional Saturday night pageant tickets will be available

Whether you register online or use a paper form, cost per attendee will be the same.
Active registration on the web with a "public" form for the 2018 Convention will begin at 8:00 am on Friday, October 20 at the link below.

Even if you have not renewed your dues or activated your account on the MemberPlanet site - you will still be able to use this form. But as usual, make sure that you are in contact with the person responsible for finances of your Event/Pageant when completing this form - everyone should be aware of financial transactions that are taking place.

E-Check - you just enter your bank routing & checking account numbers
Credit Card - from you or your Festival/Fair
Progress will not be saved for payment forms if they are not completed in the same session. Translation: After you complete all of the required fields, you must submit payment at that time or none of the information you entered will be saved. So be ready with payment information when you are completing the form.
We understand that some Events will have to do their registration by paper and mail in a check. We have made provisions for that and a pdf that you can download and fill in, or download and complete by hand, will be available at the link below.

Online registration is the first step in helping us streamline the process, with the ultimate goal of making this a better event for our members and everyone involved.
We have made provisions for 20 attendees from your event on the digital and paper form. Should you have more than 20 persons attending, use an additional form after you have made your first submission.
There is no additional cost for completing another form, as charges are based on a per attendee basis.
If you are completing your forms by hand, you can just print additional pages that contain the registration.
If you are using the fillable pdf, and you have more than 20 persons attending, just print additional pages that contain the registration information.

Assignment of tables will be as it has been in the past and you will be able to purchase extra tickets for the Pageant on this form or purchase them the weekend of the Convention.
